Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the breach. Any balance in an account closed for other valid reasons will be processed via the standard withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the sport88 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, source code, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of sport88 and is protected under intellectual property laws in force in Malaysia.
